The Summit Table

Honestly, there's nothing quite like a meal that connects you to the mountains around you.

Where the peaks inspire what's on your plate

Look, we're not gonna pretend we're some stuffy fine dining spot where you can't relax. Our chef, Marcus, spent fifteen years working kitchens from Vancouver to Montreal before settling here in the Rockies - and he'll tell you straight up that the best ingredients come from right here in Alberta.

We work with local ranchers, foragers, and artisan producers who get what we're trying to do. Fresh brook trout caught upstream, bison from nearby ranches, wild mushrooms that show up depending on what the season brings. The menu changes because, well, that's how real food works.

What's cooking this season

Just a taste of what you might find on the table - remember, we switch things up regularly

Alberta Bison Tenderloin

$48

This one's a guest favorite - bison from a ranch about 90 minutes from here, served with roasted root vegetables and a juniper-berry reduction. It's rich but not heavy, ya know?

Gluten-free option available

Wild-Caught Rainbow Trout

$42

Pan-seared with herb butter, fingerling potatoes, and seasonal greens. The trout comes from cold mountain streams - you can actually taste the difference when it's this fresh.

Heart-healthy choice

Forest Mushroom Risotto

$36

Made with whatever wild mushrooms our forager brings in - usually chanterelles or porcini. Finished with aged parmesan and truffle oil. It's comfort food that doesn't mess around.

Vegetarian

Braised Lamb Shank

$44

Slow-cooked till it falls off the bone, served over creamy polenta with roasted carrots. This is what you want after a day hiking the trails - hearty and satisfying.

The Bar

Our bartender Jake makes a mean Old Fashioned, and we've got about 40 whiskeys behind the bar. The local craft beers rotate, and honestly, they're worth trying.

Wine cellar

Wine Selection

We've got over 200 bottles in the cellar - lots of BC wines you won't find everywhere, plus some European classics. Ask about pairing suggestions.

Breakfast that actually gets you going

We serve breakfast from 7am to 11am - and yeah, we make a proper breakfast. Fresh-baked pastries, local eggs cooked however you want 'em, thick-cut bacon, and coffee that'll wake you up for real.

There's also a continental spread if you're in a rush, but most folks take their time here. The morning view of the mountains through those big windows? That's what breakfast is supposed to be about.
